Flow
- Editor picks 3–7 hot urban-renewal topics each week and assigns them.
- NewsRoom researches and writes the article (with a plagiarism check).
- The approved article splits two ways:
- Repurposer → 5 social formats (IG post, carousel, X thread, LinkedIn, Story)
- WebPublisher → SEO + schema, copy-paste-ready JSON for the site
- Repurposer briefs flow to SocialRise, which creates visuals and platform copy, self-reviews, and submits for approval.
Independent schedules
SocialRise also runs on its own cron schedule (weekly plan + daily feature showcase) regardless of the Editor queue.
Shared state
All agents read/write file-based shared state — see Agency Knowledge (EDITORIAL_CALENDAR.md, CONTENT_PLAN.md, PUBLISHED.md).
